NIASHA selected as Music Director and Lead Vocalist for ArtPlay’s Black Lullaby Experience 2025/2026
Singer, songwriter and vocal powerhouse NIASHA has been appointed Music Director and Lead Vocalist for The Black Lullaby Experience, a new multi-sensory arts project created by midwife and storyteller Dianne Morris. Blending Caribbean and African diasporic lullabies, NIASHA will guide caregivers and their babies in call-and-response songs that celebrate rhythm, voice, and ancestral connection.
The Black Lullaby Experience launches in November 2025 at ArtPlay, Melbourne, as part of ArtPlay’s New Ideas Lab initiative.
